코로나19 백신 접종이 시작 된 후, 세계 곳곳에서 여러 부작용이 보고되고 있다. 이에 지난 2월, WHO와 회원국들은 92개 빈곤 국가를 대상으로 백신 부작용 피해를 보상해주는 것에 동의했으며, WHO 194개 회원국 중 한국을 포함한 25개국이 나라에서 예방접종 피해 보상 제도를 운영 중이다. 한국의 백신 부작용 피해 보상제도, 보상 범위부터 절차 등을 소개 한다.
