When attorney Kimberley Facey argues cases before the Supreme Court of Jamaica, she is always terrified someone in the room has seen her performing oral sex.

The 35-year-old based in Kingston started dating a Wall Street software engineer last year while he was visiting Jamaica, who took videos of them having sex.

But the intimate videos later ended up splashed across social media, uploaded to porn websites and in the inboxes of family, friends and colleagues, court records allege.

The clips were posted with her name and profession — and within the tight-knit island community Facey calls home, they spread like wildfire, threatening a professional reputation she’s spent a decade building.

“When you live on an island, it’s different, everybody knows everybody,” Facey told The Post during a recent interview.

“It was devastating because you don’t know who saw it, that’s the thing, you know. You don’t know in speaking to someone whether they have seen this.”

Facey alleged in a Nassau County Supreme Court lawsuit filed April 16 that Rodrick Brown took the videos and a woman he claims to be his ex, Stacyann Thompson, distributed them in a fit of jealousy when she found them on his iPad. Both Brown and Thompson live on Long Island.

Facey told The Post she reported the crime to the Nassau County Police Department last summer — but nearly a year later, no arrests have been made.

The matter is “still an open investigation,” a police spokesperson said.

While Brown, 42, is not listed as a defendant in Facey’s suit, he and Thompson are named together in a second lawsuit filed Thursday morning that alleges the exact same thing happened to a second Jamaican woman, who declined an interview.

Brown owns properties in Jamaica and travels to the island often.

The 20-year-old business student, who asked The Post to withhold her name because she is a sex crimes victim, alleged she met up with Brown on the same day he had sex with Facey and he took similar, intimate videos of them, the lawsuit states.

Both women allege in their suits that they asked Brown not to film them but he told them not to worry and they assumed the videos would be kept private.

Shortly after, they learned the videos had been spread to hundreds of people and were posted to porn websites and social media accounts, court records allege.

When Facey confronted Brown about it, he allegedly told her in a WhatsApp message the videos on his phone had synced with his iPad — which he claimed Thompson was in possession of, and she’d distributed them because she was “upset with me leaving her,” court records state.

When the second victim confronted Brown about the videos, he allegedly told her “on multiple occasions” to “just get over it” and “it’s not that serious,” according to court records.

Brown, who is currently the Director of Platform Engineering at Agni and previously worked for Morgan Stanley, emphatically denied the allegations and claimed Facey was making it up “to get attention” and both women are trying to “extort” him.

“I have no idea where her videos got out or how her videos got out,” Brown said by phone after admitting he’d taken the videos.

“I guess this is what she does to get more exposure at her law firm.”

Thompson, a registered nurse whose LinkedIn profile says she works at St. John’s Episcopal Hospital, deferred comment to her attorney.

Andrew Stengel, who represents both of the victims, called the alleged acts “stomach turning.”

“The claim that Ms. Facey distributed intimate videos to promote her serious legal career is obviously false and should cause a person to vomit.”
