His naked aggression was enough to stop traffic.

An unidentified man caused an 8-hour traffic jam on a Georgia highway Friday in a bizarre incident — jumping out of his car naked and forcing an hours-long standoff with police.

Police in Glynn County said the man intentionally crashed his SUV into a ditch off of U.S route 17 near I-95, jumped out of the vehicle naked, and claimed to have a bomb, according to local reports.

Part of the incident was caught on video by local station News4Jax.

The man then threatened to kill himself and others before locking himself back inside the SUV, as a bomb squad and other law-enforcement arrived on the scene.

At that point, a sniper fired gas cartridges into the vehicle and a SWAT team descended.

U.S. 17 was closed both ways during the ordeal, before reopening about 2 p.m.
